How much is shipping?
Shipping is free in Singapore! For overseas orders, the fee depends on your country and the weight of your order. Pop your address in at checkout to see the exact price.
How long does delivery take?
We post every order within 3 working days of purchase. After that, it should reach you within:
- Singapore: 2 to 5 working days
- Malaysia and Brunei: 3 to 7 working days
- The rest of Asia and the Pacific: 4 to 9 working days
- Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Europe and everywhere else we ship: 5 to 11 working days
- The US: 5 to 10 working days
Crochet keychains are made to order and need about 7 days before we can post them.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Singapore and 49 other countries, tracked.
Checkout lists every country, and the shipping page shows the price for each zone.
Will I pay customs or import tax?
You might have to pay customs or import tax, depending on your country. Our prices don't include import taxes or duties outside Singapore.
- EU: a small customs duty per type of item plus VAT, collected when the parcel arrives
- Norway, Switzerland and Canada: may charge import tax or fees on arrival
- Australia and New Zealand: usually nothing extra at this size

Why won't checkout let me pay?
Online orders start at S$10, counted on your items before any discount or shipping. Card fees eat tiny orders, so add a sticker or two and you're good hehe
The S$10 minimum is only for online orders, so at our market booths you can still grab a single sticker.
How can I pay?
You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Link or PayNow, all through Stripe. Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD), so if your card is from another country, your bank converts it.
Your card details go straight to Stripe, and we never see your card number.
What are the stickers made of?
All our stickers are waterproof! Single stickers and sticker packs are matte vinyl, and sticker sheets are plastic. Every product page lists the size and material.
- Small stickers: 6cm on the longest side
- Large stickers: 8cm on the longest side
- Sticker sheets: 9 x 15cm
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change your order (like your address) as long as we haven't packed it yet. Email [email protected] as soon as you can with the name and email you ordered with.
Once an order is paid, we can't cancel it.
My parcel hasn't arrived, what now?
If it's more than 10 working days past the usual delivery time, email us at [email protected] and we'll look into it.
Parcels stuck in customs aren't lost, just slow, and sadly we can't speed them up.
Can I return something?
Sorry, we don't do returns or refunds.
If something arrives damaged or you got the wrong item, email us at [email protected] with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we'll look at it case by case.
Will sold out designs come back?
We can't promise every design comes back, but Meow Mail is the best way to hear about restocks and new drops.
