Terms of sale

These terms cover orders placed on patthatphatcat.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. They work together with our shipping, returns and privacy pages.

Who are we?

Pat That Phat Cat is a small online shop and illustration business in Singapore. You can reach us at [email protected].

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). We're not GST-registered, so no GST is added.
• If you pay with a card from another country, your bank converts the amount and may charge its own fee.
• You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Link or PayNow. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Online orders have a minimum of S$10, counted on the items before any discount or shipping.
• Shipping is free in Singapore. Overseas shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

When is my order confirmed?

Your order is accepted when your payment goes through and you receive your receipt. If an item turns out to be out of stock, we'll refund that item in full.

If a price on the site is clearly a mistake, for example a pricing error that makes an item almost free, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it is posted.

How do discounts work?

• Only one discount per order. Codes can't be combined with each other.
• Discounts apply to the items, not to shipping. They have no cash value and can end at any time.

Shipping and delivery

• We pack and post orders within 3 working days. Delivery times and prices are on the shipping page.
• Address errors: please check your delivery address at checkout. We post to the address you paid for. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can send it again once you pay the postage again.
• Refused or unclaimed parcels: if a parcel is refused or not collected and comes back to us, we can send it again once you pay the postage again.
• Parcels marked delivered: once tracking shows a parcel as delivered to the address given, we can't replace it, but we'll help you make a claim with the post office.
• Lost parcels: if a parcel hasn't arrived 10 working days after the usual delivery time, email us at [email protected] and we'll look into it.
• Import taxes and duties outside Singapore are set by your country and aren't included in our prices.

Can I cancel an order?

No. Once an order is paid, we can't cancel it. If you need to change something, like your address, email [email protected] as soon as you can and we'll try to help before it's packed.

Returns

We don't accept returns or give refunds. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email [email protected] with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we'll look at it case by case. The full policy is on the returns page.

Handmade and made to order items

• Crochet keychains are handmade after you order and take about 7 days before they can be posted.
• Colours can look slightly different on your screen, and handmade items vary a little from piece to piece. That's part of their charm, not a fault.

Who owns the artwork?

All designs and artwork are protected by copyright and belong to the artist behind Pat That Phat Cat. Buying a sticker, print or any other product doesn't give you the right to copy, reproduce or sell the design.

Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to the value of that order, except where the law doesn't allow limits like this.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer law, including Singapore's lemon law, or the law of your own country if it protects you more.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If you live in another country, you keep the consumer protections of your country.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it, with its last updated date.
