Delivery in Singapore is free! We pack and post every order within 3 working days, and it usually reaches you 2 to 5 working days later by SingPost tracked letterbox.
We also ship to 49 countries, tracked all the way. Overseas shipping is priced by zone and by the weight of your order, and checkout shows the exact price as soon as you type your address.
Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting Singapore public holidays.

delivery times count from the day we post it. we pack orders within 3 working days. stickers and small things weigh very little, so most orders are in the first band.
How long does delivery take?
These are the usual times after we post your order:
- Singapore: 2 to 5 working days
- Malaysia and Brunei: 3 to 7 working days
- The rest of Asia and the Pacific: 4 to 9 working days
- Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East, Canada, Mexico and Brazil: 5 to 11 working days
- The US: 5 to 10 working days
Overseas parcels go by tracked SingPost Speedpost Saver. Crochet keychains are made to order, so they need about 7 days before we can post them. An order with crochet in it may take a little longer to post.
Is my parcel tracked?
Yes, every parcel is tracked, in Singapore and overseas. When your order is sent out you get a "your order is on its way" email with the tracking number and a link to follow it. Can't find it? Check your spam folder or email [email protected] and we'll send it again.
Will I have to pay customs or import tax?
It depends on your country. Our prices don't include import taxes or duties outside Singapore, and anything your country charges is set by your country, not by us. Here's what we know so far:
- EU: parcels to the EU pay a small customs duty (about €3 per type of item) plus VAT when they arrive; the courier collects it from you.
- Australia and New Zealand: orders to Australia and New Zealand usually have nothing extra to pay at this size.
- other countries: some countries (for example Norway, Switzerland and Canada) may charge import tax or fees when the parcel arrives; those are paid by the buyer.
What if my parcel is late or lost?
If it still hasn't arrived 10 working days after the usual delivery time above, email us and we'll look into it. Parcels held by customs aren't lost, just slow, and sadly we can't speed them up.
What if the address is wrong?
Please double-check your address at checkout, because we post to exactly the address you paid for. Spotted a mistake? Email us before we pack your order and we'll fix it.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it was refused or never collected, we can send it again once you pay the postage again.
Tracking says delivered but it isn't here?
